sb-303 LMO problem

I think it may be specific to a particular receiver. I have two
SB-303s and one works fine without the dummy HFO load, while the other
acts up somewhat like this one does. The one that acts up was sold by
Heath as an assembled receiver, along with an assembled SB-401, but
the one that doesn't seem to need the load was kit built. The only
thing I see on the one is that the calibration shifts several kcs
without the load.
