Heath IM-17 Utility Meter pbms.

Hi Mark,
Saw your trouble with the IM-17 utility meter. I have about three of
these little meters- even keep one in my trunk- just in case!

I have the original manual for the meter an would be glad to send or fax
a copy to you. I've had to fix two of them (from swaps), and in both
cases, it was a "blown" input FET. No big deal to replace.

What are the symptoms?
