HamComm Help?

Have built the hardware and have been unsuccessful in using the HamComm
software to read cw.  The spectral analyzer works just fine, but all I get is
an occasional "T" or "E" when the cw signal is clearly in the window.  Sent
email to
DL5YEC (creator) but got no response.

Does HamComm work for anyone?  I note that DL9QJ lists a half-dozen
soundblaster software units to copy cw.  Need advice on what product to try .
