hw-22 info needed.

Hi gang,
Well I did it again -- bought something off eBay with no documentation.
This time a HW-22.  I think I can get it going with just the schematic
and a little advice.

The unit is in the pipeline someplace. But I have the following
questions:
What should I set my HP23 at ?? 250 V or 300 V ??
What should the plate current read -- in terms of marks on the meter??
