Thanks all, need shaft coupling #456-4

Hi all;
     Thanks to all who responded to my need for help with my SB102 LMO,
Especially Bob KL7FM who's expert cleaning instructions (shaft grounding
contact down deep inside) got the LMO back linear again.
     Next repair item is a broken shaft coupling that connects the "Final"
front panel knob shaft to the air variable capacitor shaft in the final
cage.  This coupling is some kind of plastic and has become so brittle that
when I tried to gently tighten the set screw, it shattered.  I tried
drilling and tapping a new hole but when I reinstalled the shaft coupling,
it shattered again at the first tightening.  In the parts list in my SB-102
manual, its listed as #456-4 - any one got one I can buy?  Has any one
replaced this item with something else that works?
