EK> Gentleman???? That was Gary Harmon......(just kidding Gary). Gary anda
number of others have tried a number of ways to locate these elusive power
cords. If anyone can root something out, Gary can and did strike upon a
small
nest of these cords, of which, he very graciously sent me one. I had
attempted to deal
with Quail Electronics ("The Power Cord Specialist" their quote, not mine)
Quail
sent me a data package and they have a 3 pronger, almost like the elusive
one, but
it is slightly larger. This configuration was used on HP test equipment.
In the general interest of safety, might I make this recommendation. Make a
1 1/4x 2" blank out plate, remove the current 2 pin shell, and install a 3
wire
power cord, hardwired into the radio. Believe me, this will save you a lot
less
grief then what many of us have encountered trying to locate the smaller
removeable
power cord. Or, you can start the rooting process that Gary did......good
luck.
