Need GR-78 Antenna & Knobs

Trying to put together an extra GR-78.

Need a telescoping antenna with the following dimensions:  6 1/2 collapsed,
48 extended, 3/8 diameter.  Diameter is the most important, the other two
can vary.

Also need two of the small knobs, same as on the SB-630 and other Heath kit
pieces.
