Replacement IC needed

Hello All,
   I am trying to find a replacement or substitute for the voltage regulator IC used in the Heathkit HP-1144 power supply.  The original and long obsolete part is a Motorola MFC6030.   Does anyone have any, know where I might find a few, or know of a substitute part?  Thanks very much.
