Wrong diode.

If the number was FV1010 then this is a Fairchild variable capacitor
diode specs are

15 pf at 4 volt
break down voltage=65
min capacitance ratio .1 to 4 volt= 2.2
min capacitance ratio 4 to 60 volt= 3.1

Try a Motorola MV2105 but the breakdown voltage is only 30 so check
circuit for max voltage on diode.
