I lost the message about this so will reply to the list.
Ok, this radio is FM and operates in the 146-147 mhz range with
output power of 10 watts.
It has 30 khz spacing with 600khz fixed offset.
The button on the top left is the 146-147 range select.  If it is pushed-in
it is on 147 else it is 146.
There is an a-b switch on the top of the radio that determines the direction
of the offset.
The direct or repeater function is on the on-off switch.   When this switch
is down it is in the repeater mode.
Not all of the setting of the 100khz and 10khz switches will operate
because all the crystals aren't included so if your repeater is on 14686 you
will need to modify the radio because the closest freq is 146.85 and 146.88.
