Basically the year of manufacture, and the fact that the 201 doesn't have
10M marked on the front panel. I dunno if one could modify the bandswitch
to add 10M. Same difference between the SB-221 and SB-220. The 201 and 221
were introduced after the FCC got on the "no amplifiers between 25 and 50
MHz" kick in the 1980's (which only forced the chicken banders to start
buying up the older ham amps). There were no other substantive circuit or
performance differences.
