Looking for Mr. Glo-Bar

I need to find a part that Heath used in series with vacuum tube and pilot lamp circuits. It is a power resistor called a "glo-bar" whose resistance changes from a high value to a low value as it gets hot. The purpose of this device is to limit the startup current in the filaments to prolong tube life.

I need a glo-bar rated at 880-100 ohms for a GR-91. The power rating is not given, but looks like a 5 to 10 watt unit. Does anyone know a source for this part?
