HEATH TUNNEL DIPPER PARTS

The group was very helpful once before with a similar request - thought I
would try again.  I collect old semiconductors, like point contact transistors
and tunnel diodes.  Looking to buy or trade for any interesting units you
might have - would be happy to find a quantity of Heath part# 56-17 (GE STD
633) which is the tunnel diode used in the Tunnel Dipper.  Also, any old
transistors from WECO, Raytheon, National Union, Hydroaire, RCA.
