Wanted: GR-81 / GR-64 for Parts

I'm looking for a GR-81 or GR-64 for parts.

Specifically, I'm trying to restore a GR-81, which is my first radio. The
GR-64 shares some of these parts. I need the following parts:

Main Tuning Cap 323 pf and 355 pf 2-section - Heath 26-81
Bandspread Cap 4 pf - Heath 26-85
Front Panel - Heath 203-289-1 (Mine has a couple of extra holes in it)
Small Knob - Heath 462-159 (3 of these)
Manual - Heath 595-519-01 (Mine is missing pages 23 through 26)
