Source for Electrolytic Capacitors

You should be able to use a larger value as long as the voltage is the
same of higher. For 150V you should be able to find a 16uF cap just about
anywhere.  Caps in the 150-300VDC range are readily available because of
their use in transformerless switching power supplies.
