Help wanted

Hello All:

My Heathkit IM-11 VTVM has some problems.  I don't understand why it
doesn't work, it's only 35 years old!

When first turned on, the meter tends to slam from one stop to the other,
and when it settles down, the needle vibrates.  The filter cap and
rectifier appear to be okay.  Also need the 10-78 15K pots that mount on
the front panel (OHMS ADJ and ZERO ADJ).  It may also needs new tubes, a
6AL5 and a 12AU7.  If you have some ideas, they would be appreciated.
