Comparison of SB303 vs. SB300/301??

I had a line on a SB303 for $75, but I haven't heard from the seller for a
few weeks so I'm about to start looking around. I used to have a SB300 so
I'm familiar with that model. But I'm not certain how the 301 was different
other than the solid-state LMO. And I'm particularly curious whether the
SB303 performed as well as the 300/301. Any opinions/observations? Once I
hear some information, I'll decide which one to start looking for. I'm not
interested in the HR1680 due to its 5 kHz dial resolution; 1 kHz is
mandatory.

Also, I want both the CW filter and the 6 kHz AM filter but am less
interested in the SSB filter; can all three be installed in the 301/303?
