Heathkit IP-2717A Power Supply

Thanks to Richard, Dave, Chris, and Wayne for your comments and info on
the IP-2717A.

On ebay now is a PS-4 power supply(auction # 57489392).

Heathkit components are getting pricey by auction, especially the
unbuilt versions. I would have never thought that they would become so
valuable and collectible. Come to think of it, neither did the engineers
who developed and worked on vacuum tubes, but now the NOS tubes are
really collectible!

Maybe nothing should be thrown away, but simply restored.
