Both scopes HO-10 and SB-610 are pretty much the
same, but the 610 has a bigger cabinet so more roomy.
Both share the weak point of transformer failure, and I
think the xfmrs are not exactly the same. Also they both
have problems with the 1600 v tubular caps - which are
available. Someone else may have more info. I have both
scopes here but no extra manual.
