Interesting Problem

Ok..

Here's an update.   I unplugged the power supply cable from the radio, and
the hum vanished.  Except when you touch the center pin of the RCA jack for
the speaker to the chassis.  When I disconnected the ground.  the hum
vanished completely.

Now..  New Problem.   I hooked the ground back up, put the power plug back
in the radio. turned it on and...   The dials light up, BUT, no ALC reading,
no audio, no plate current with driver turned down, no transmit, not even
the click of the relay.
