Needed: SB-301 frequency dial

If the plastic is beyond use, and you want to take a chance.  Try some
Brasso on it.  I found it is good for taking out little scratches and scuffs
in plastic.   Just try it on a small spot first and make sure you shake the
can of Brasso good before you use it.
