FS: Heath T-4 Signal Tracer

I have a Heath T-4 signal tracer for sale or trade.  Outside of unit is
a little rough but unit does light up and does seem to work.  I will
take a reasonable offer or trade for other Heath items.  I have a copy
of the manual for the unit.
