C-W crystals R.I.P?

This should be of general interest to the list members. In the August
issue of QST is an ad for C-W crystals. I sent them a letter with 4
stamps as requested to get more info. Just got my letter returned,
unopened. The envelope has been stamped "Return to sender" by the Postal
Service and a handwritten caption "Deceased Return to Sender" in green
ink. I have no further details available. Has anyone else heard about
this?
