WTB SB-200 Manual

Hello Fellow Heathens and keepers of the green.

I just acquired a nice SB-200 but do not have the
manual.  I would like to get a good copy or an
original in decent condition.  In the meantime I would
appreciate anyone sending me the basic operating
sequence to use it with an SB-102.  I connected it
last night and its ready to go but I don't know how to
set it up on frequency and operate it.  Having already
broke a Collins 30L-1 by guessing I'm not anxious to
break the SB-200.  So if someone would be kind enough
to walk me through a tune and load I would appreciate
it.  I'm using it into a G5RV and have a Johnson KW
matchbox available I can connect up if its necessary.
I can load the SB-102 into the G5RV on most any band
with under 2:1 SWR.  Thanks in advance for your help.
