Heathkit 10-14 Scope

Greetings to all;
Is there anyone out there who has any information on this "scope" This was my
Grand dads. It is one that I have not came across before. On the front panel
it has the Model number 10-14, but on the Heathkit Label it has 10W-14. What
I would like to find out is, What was it's prime use,and when was it made.
Also what price did Heath sell it for. Also I am in need of a manual for this
scope. Thanks in advance to all for any help.    Carl...
