Used Heath gear at "Ross distributing"

Hello All:

I have to be careful what I say about a company, but when I was at Heath as
a technical consultant, I got tangled in resolving some issue between Ross
Distributing and a customer. I don't remember who was right and who was
wrong, or what role RDC would have even had with respect to Heath but I know
that it was really twisted and strange. So, all I really mean by this is get
some good references before buying from a dealer unknown to you. (Well,
people have called me worse, too...but that's ok with me.)
