  Ross Dist. is a terrible place to do business with. I made a purchase from
them once & received a defective SWR meter (right out of the box) Ross
refused to exchange it for me, & forced me to deal direct with the
manufacturer. I have been told by others, that they have had trouble getting
refunds or exchanges from Ross. I even complained to the ARRL about them, as
they advertise in QST. The ARRL admitted they had similar complaints,
however they would not do much because they did not want to loose the
advertising revenue.
