WTB: Delay line for GR-900

Hi everyone. I'm looking for the delay line for a GR-900 color television
set, L808.  I'm not sure of the Heath part number; the manual indicates
41-3, but the number on the delay line I removed from the set is stamped
41-1, and also bears the marking 1092-340.

I would appreciate any assistance locating a replacement.
