IO 4550 Oscilloscope schematic and help

I'm looking for a schematic for the IO 4550 oscilloscope. Original, copy
or email is fine. Will gladly pay expenses for copying and mailing.

I have one that has a short in the minus 15 volt circuit on the vertical
board. I have the troubleshooting charts but that just tells you to look
for voltages. It smokes resistors r-163 and r-154 if turned on. Has
anyone run across this before or have any ideas?
