SB-220 Stanby Switch??

I installed the R&R combo in my SB-220 by cutting
the lugs back, sliding the xfmr back and by putting
fishpaper on the end bell for insulation - just in case.
I already had the front panel off to install some
Harbach mods and was determined to make it work,
been over a year and no problems. I think I cut the
lugs on the switch almost flush.
  Anyway - it can be made to work.  I would prefer
I thinner switch  - less work and neater perhaps.
