HW4M MANUAL

I am in need of a HW4M manual, or the info as to what clone it is of Standard Radio company, who apparantly made the radio for Heath. This is a handheld 440 rig.  I also would like to know if anyone has any info on mods for the radio to allow it to transmit in the commercial UHF freqs.  Thanks  Gary <cbullock at erols.com>
