Coil Winder?

Heathens,
I'm going to wind some chokes that will have 100 turns of #28 wire on a
form about 3/8" in diameter by 3/4" long.  Does anyone know where to buy a
simple machine that will help do this or get a plan to build one?
(preferably hand powered.)
