SB-100 service bulletin?

Hi, folks -

Does anyone have a copy of the SB-100/101/102 service bulletin related to
inability to neutralize?  The copy I have from Joe Lutz says "Information
not available yet".

I'm not able to get my '100 to neutralize.  In fact, the plate current is
actually peaking rather than dipping at max. RF out.
