Question About 0B2 Voltage Regulator Tube

Hi

The 0B2 is a regulator tube that is supposed to have a blue glow. It is a so
called cold cathode tube that as I remember provides a regulated 105 to 108
VDC. It is the tube eqivilant of a Zener diode.
