replacing parasitic suppressors

I need to replace the parasitic suppressors in my Heath Warrior amplifier.
A visual inspection turned up two with cracked resistors. I'm looking for
tips on the best replacement method. I don't feel there's a need to use
nichrome wire. It does seem that a pair of 100 ohm metal film resistors
is a good method. In that case, what size wire is handy for the coil, and
is it ever possible to reuse the old coils that are wound on 47 ohm
resistors? I'm aware that the metal film resistors do not go inside the coil.
Thanks,
Shel WA2UBK
