SB221 MOD's

Anyone have any info on where I might find a mod for my SB221 to add 10 m???
Any other mod's for the SB221  I have a SB221 that was only driven to church
on Sunday by a little old lady and kept in an air conditioned shack all of
it's life.  (not for sale).
