AM-1 Manual needed

Thanks for all the help regarding the diode for the AM-2.

But, anyone have a manual or copy for an AM-1 Antenna Impedence Meter?

Also, I need a  slide-on knob for the LSB/USB lever on a HW-22A (or
HW12A).
