Transceive cables for SB series

RG-174 is the small 50 ohm coax.  In an application calling for RG-62
which is 92-93 ohm coax, the reason is probably for the lower
capacitance of this coax.  So if you don't have RG-62, the next best
choice would be RG-59, 75 ohm coax.  The low loss foam insulation type
has slightly lower capacitance per foot than standard RG-59.  If you
keep the length as short as you can, it might work OK.
