D-104 & SB104

Hello ...

This may sound a bit odd, but I have an Astatic D-104 with a base that is
hammertone grey paint instead of the chrome.  The paint is starting to look
a bit ....well, not new.  I am sending a bunch of other stuff to the
chromers and was wondering if I had the base chromed if it would de-value
the mic (although I am not planning on selling it)?

Anyone know where I can pick up a parts rig for a SB-104 (or 104A)??
Thanks to UPS, the front panel assembly that was once flat is now
semi-circular.  Looks kinda cute, but damm difficult to turn the knobs.
