Hi,
Spring is arriving and it is cleanup time again. So I have the following
that I really do not need cluttering up my shelves.
1) HW-101, very nice front panel - no marks, dents, or dings.
Cabinet has a few scratches and one small dent in the Left rear of
the top. Receiver works great, but unit has low output (45 watts)
and seems to be a bit flaky in transmit - may need new finals
and/or alignment. Has the CW filter and an abbreviated copy of the
manual.
(I figure $35 for the CW filter and $25 for the HW-101) $60
2) SB-401, very nice cosmetic condition, front panel near perfect,
cabinet is also very nice. Only cosmetic problems are one knob
with a bent skirt, missing the 6146 cage cover and the 'SB-401'
sticker. Transmitter was working with full output. I say 'was'
because I have pulled all of the crystals, including the 3
sideband crystals to use in my other SB-401 (which is a 95% built
kit - owner stopped short of putting in the crystals and tubes).
So to be operational you will need the 3 sideband crystals to use
it in the transceive mode with a SB-300/301/303 and if to be used
in standalone - the complete crystal set. $45
3) AC-1 Antenna tuner. This one has the silver front panel and the
Grey knobs. Panel has a couple of small scratches and the cabinet
has a 1/4" hole drilled right above the antenna post and is
missing some paint on the right hand side. $15
4) ID-5401 Wind speed and direction indicator complete with the boom
and all sensors. Cabinet is missing the 'Heathkit' logo. Unit
was working when taken down. Has original manual. $65
5) ID-1390B Digital Thermometer complete with two sensors. Unit is
working, but needs an alignment as it reads about 10 degrees too
low on both sensors. Has original manual. $50
6) ID-4001 weather station. This unit is in very nice shape but is
missing two of the silver pushbuttons and both of the temperature
sensors. Otherwise it is complete with the Wind direction and
speed sensors and a copy of the manual. $160
7) I have a very nice SB-610 scope which I am thinking of using with
my Collins S-line. To do this I will modify it to match the
S-line colors. This will require a refinish of the cabinet and front
panel. Since I really do not want to destroy a nice unit, does anyone
have a cabinet and front panel which need painting (NO dents or
deep scratches) that they would like to trade for my nice one?
Only cost will be postage both ways.
All of the above are FOB Los Gatos, Ca. I would appreciate it if you
would, when replying, include your ZIP code so that I may compute the
shipping charges.
73's,
Peter
