Electrolytics for SB300/400 etc

Just bought an SB300/400 that is MINT.  But abt 1/2 of the electrolytics
are bad.  ie HV 125uf/450v for SB400 and some in SB300.  Also I would like
to know where to get good cleaner and lubricant for switches and pots.  I
am new to this and would appreciate sources for these.  Thanks for help.

I would like to completely restore to new condx electrically.  Cosmetically
it is abt perfect.
