Parts Needed

Hello all,
   I need a few parts to put together Heathkit items.  If you can help please let me know.  Thanks very much.

1.  Top and bottom clamshell case pieces for an SB-104 transceiver.
2.  Bottom clamshell case for an SB-604 speaker.
3.  Plastic face cover for the meter on an HM-102 meter.
4.  11-pin "octal type" plug and socket connectors as used on the HP-23 power supply cable.
