SB-201 mod for 10 meters

Does anyone know where I can get info on adding 10 meters to the SB-201.  I
am looking at buying one but want to make sure of the end result for 10
meters before I plunk down the hard earned cash.

The bandswitch will need to be replaced because their is no extra
positions.  And the 10 meter tuned input will need to be added.

If anybody can lead me to a source of parts or kit for this and how much it
would cost, I would be greatly appreciative.
