Tube Tester?

John: Pick one that still has the tube settings chart in good condition!  I
bought a Heathkit IT-17 at the Ft. Wayne hamfest for $12 (no manual)  It's
like new and so far there's been only one tube from my boatanchor tribe that
can't be checked.  It's compact, does the job and (get ready) it's user
friendly.
