Reforming Electrolytic Caps

Can someone please refresh my memory on reforming power supply (HV) caps?
I think the procedure was to pull the rectifier tube, put voltage on the
capacitor and keep the current at around 10 ma by increasing the voltage up
to the rated (or used) maximum.
