I have a Ten Tec 1253, I bought that a silent keys family was selling at a
flea market. I put it together, other than a switching problem which appears
to be a cracked board (my fault). It is a fine radio it sits next to my
computer and with 10 feet of wire and a electrical ground is great. I can
even hear some stations on 160. Its really great on sw broadcast.

I have to say that Ten Tec makes some nice stuff.
