WTB: Socket Saver

Hi,
If you can't find one, it should be easy enough to make. How about a base
from a broken or dead tube, a cheap socket, a few pieces of wire, and some
kind of spacer (like a small piece of 3/4 inch lumber with a hole thru it)?
