SB102 problem on 20 meters

Check the alignment of the twenty meter circuits. Sounds like the thing
might be taking off on a harmonic or spurious oscillation instead of the
desired band. You may also want to verify that the neutralization is
correct. If this dosen't solve the problem, double check the wiring of the
band switch in the twenty meter position.
