Need HW-16 26.545 XTAL

Hello Greenies,
Does anyone have a HW-16 parts unit? 15 Meters doesn't seem to want to
align right and reception is lousy. I put a crystal oscillator across
this crystal and needle barely deflected, if at all. The part number is
404-303. Would this be a 40 meter crystal at some harmonic? Might get
one made? Any ideas?
