SB610 Hookup Help

Hello List...

I have a recently acquired SB-610 monitor scope (minus the manual)... I
am seeking help with the hookup and basic operation.  I figured out the
antenna part (in/out), but I am curious as to how to use it on
receive...I'll be using it with an SB-104/A.  Appreciate any help until
I can locate a manual....
